Which Rising Of The Shield Hero Character Are You, Based On Your Chinese Zodiac?

The Rising Of The Shield Hero features a pretty versatile cast of personalities. Here's who your Chinese Zodiac says you closely resemble.

From the stubbornness of an Aries to the shyness of a Virgo to the moodiness of a Pisces, there is definitely a character in Shield Hero that represents each one. Any viewer can easily find their zodiac sign represented in the series.

12. Ox: Eclair Seaetto

Eclair Seaetto

Like most Oxes, Eclair Seaetto is a natural-born leader, with all of the confidence and comfort of reigning that comes natural to the sign. But also like a true Ox, Eclair isn’t always great at being a leader, and she’s even worse at accepting criticism. She’d rather play it by ear or try to guess what should be done in a given situation than actually ask for help.

11. Goat: Filo

A Goat can be deeply possessive in an almost child-like way, and that’s Filo to a T. She is deeply possessive of Naofumi’s time and attention, and her animal-like tendencies make her more interested in her own comfort than in the comfort or ease of life for those around her. She’s also easily scolded, also a Goat trait, and tends to respond well to threats when she’s being punished.

10. Dragon: Motoyasu Kitamura

Motoyasu Kitamura

Dragons are probably the friendliest of the signs, which also means they’re the flirtiest. Motoyasu Kitamura loves women and puts them on a pedestal to the point that he can’t tell when he’s being manipulated by them.

He also flirts with all of the women Naofumi travels with, trying to tempt them away from him in order to be in Motoyasu’s party instead.

9. Rat: Raphtalia

Rats can be both shy and incredibly efficient, which are also traits of Raphtalia’s character. She can be doubtful of her own abilities, but she’s also very determined to prove her worth, so she spends as much time as possible training in combat and taking care of the money in the group, showing that she can act as a responsible and useful member of the party.

8. Snake: Beloukas

Beloukas is a merchant and slave trader, which automatically makes him not a great guy. He definitely has positive qualities, like his courtesy and honesty, but he’s also a little bit conniving. Snakes are great business people from the standpoint of getting people to do things or buy things that make them money, even if those people don’t always need his wares and even if it leaves people in bad financial situations.

7. Rabbit: Rishia Ivyred

Rishia Ivyred

Rishia Ivyred has the major Rabbit traits of being shy and also determined to prove themselves. Rishia wants to prove that she can support Naofumi, who she is very devoted to, and she’s critical of herself and her abilities, which is also a very Rabbit trait.

6. Tiger: Malty S. Melromarc

Malty S. Melromarc

Tigers are known for being fair and just and, to be sure, those are not traits of Malty S. Melromarc. Malty is actually pretty manipulative, which is a more negative trait associated with Tigers.

She’s great at putting on a friendly and reasonable demeanor while also working in the background to twist circumstances to suit her desires, like framing Naofumi for her rape.

5. Dog: Fitoria

Fitoria makes a great leader, as many Dogs do, but also like many Dogs, she often thinks that her own authority supersedes anyone else’s opinions or even wellbeing. She sometimes kills Legendary Heroes if she thinks they’re being uncooperative in order to replace them with more suitable Heroes. She also generally doesn’t care all that much about the subjects she rules over, finding them disappointing and unable to make their own decisions.

4. Rooster: Ren Amaki

Ren Amaki

A Rooster can be somewhat arrogant, and so can Ren Amaki. He doesn’t like to admit defeat and can be something of a sore loser. But more than anything, Ren feels that his opinions about how other people should live their lives are more important than those of others. He feels like his ways are the best ways, no matter what, and that’s a truly Rooster way of thinking.

3. Horse: Naofumi Iwatani

Naofumi Iwatani

Naofumi Iwatani generally lacks trust of the people around him, which makes him a pretty hard guy to get to know. Like most Horses, he lays his feelings close to the vest, and he is particularly suspicious of women and their motives, not trusting them at all unless they’re actually his slaves, which is a whole lot to unpack. He’s slow to open up and trust people, but once he gets there, he’s fiercely protective of his friends.

2. Monkey: Idol Rabier

Itsuki Kawasumi

Idol Rabier feels very strongly that his authority must never be challenged, a truly Monkey trait. He doesn’t like when people disagree with him or his views and is incredibly temperamental when it comes to people not wanting to cause the same kind of destruction to those he deems unworthy of life that he does.

1. Pig: Itsuki Kawasumi

Itsuki Kawasumi

Itsuki Kawasumi thinks that he’s the strongest of the Legendary Heroes, despite all evidence to the contrary, and he’s a really sore loser about it. While he doesn’t have a lot of failures as a hero, he thinks that those that he does have are the fault of others cheating him by having more information or access to resources he doesn’t have. It’s a classic Pig victim complex in which he can’t admit that maybe someone else is just better at his job than he is.
